We offer in-person and online training courses on bioinformatics topics like long-read data, single cell RNA-seq data analysis, Linux, R and Python programming. These ELIXIR-UK recognised courses provide researchers with the skills and knowledge needed to plan and execute their genomics experiments, as well as to analyse and interpret the resulting data.

Our face-to-face courses take place at the King’s Buildings campus, and our online courses are run via the Blackboard Collaborate platform and provide the same level of interaction with instructors, the same great learning material, and are run on the same cloud-based virtual machines. Please check the location of your course before booking.

If you don’t see the course you are interested online in please register your interest in one and we will get back to you as soon as a new course goes live. Have questions about your course or about sign-ups? Please visit our FAQ page or send us an email.
