Edinburgh Genomics is working with a team of bioinformaticians and software developers at Biomage to develop Cellenics, a single cell RNA-seq analysis platform.
The Cellenics platform is designed specifically for biologists. It provides automatic data processing, pre-loaded interactive plots, a point-and-click interface to fully explore your data, together with the option to customise and export publishable-quality figures. It's free for academic researchers.
